Vabling's legal pages are practical launch drafts, not legal advice.
Vabling is operated by an individual. TODO before launch: replace with the operator's full legal name. TODO before launch: replace with the operator's public mailing address.

You may post quests, comments, updates, proof captions, photos, videos, profile images, and other content only if you have the right to share it and it follows our Community Guidelines.
You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you give Vabling a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, create previews or share cards, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, moderate, and improve the service.
This license continues for public content already displayed, shared, or cached, but we will review deletion requests under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may hide, kill, restore, reject, remove, or limit content and may suspend or ban accounts at our discretion, including for safety, illegality, abuse, copyright issues, spam, rule violations, or risk to the service. We may keep moderation audit records to make these actions accountable.
Report problematic content in the app or by emailing [email protected].
The current service does not support real-money rewards, payments for quests, escrow, tips, or paid quest completion. Do not arrange payments through quest posts, comments, proofs, or profiles.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that quests are safe, legal, accurate, suitable, available, or completed. You are responsible for your own choices, safety, permissions, and compliance with laws when posting, claiming, attempting, filming, or sharing a quest.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vabling and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for user content, user conduct, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, the country, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction where allowed by law.
